I ordered this purse back on July 27th, it said it shipped on July 28th but it was just in pre-transit. It wasn’t actually shipped, just the shipping label had been created. The last day of the delivery time frame it said it would be delivered, August 7th, came and went. No product. Contacted the seller multiple times regarding these issues, no response whatsoever. Once on the 6th and then again today (9th) in the morning. Waited a few hours for a response. None. If I would’ve received a response at least, I would’ve understood and been more forgiving, because I get things happen. But to be completely ignored is ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
